# A letter from the founder

Primevise is a founder-led software and AI studio. What that means in practice, from the person running it.

Most agencies that build software have never run any.

The stack, the scope, the roadmap — the advice comes from people who hand over a deliverable and move on to the next client. They don't pay the hosting bill. They don't answer the support email. They never find out whether the feature was worth building.

I started Primevise to work the other way around. We run our own software — [Rinkta](https://rinkta.com/?ref=primevise), a service that grew organically in-house, and [products](https://primevise.com/products) we've kept iterating on for years. Real customers, real support inboxes, real bills. When something breaks, nobody else gets the call.

That's the whole pitch. When we recommend an architecture, we've been on the hook for one like it. When we talk you out of a feature, it's because we've paid for that mistake with our own money.

The studio is small on purpose. No account managers, no handoffs, no juniors learning on your budget. The people on the first call are the people who write the code.

We're always trying cutting-edge technology like our wellbeing depends on it — because it does. Right now that means doing our best to make AI the primary driver of how we build, across every kind of work we take. Our own products absorb the risk first; client work gets what survived.

The terms are simple. Your repositories are yours from day one. Some of what we make is open source, so you can read the code before we ever talk.
